Pregnant

There are 2 types of pregnancy dreams, one in which the dreamers feels happy and excited and the other scared, anxious or frustrated. Happy pregnancy dreams are often a literal dream reflecting successful attempts to conceive in waking life. Unsuccessful attempts to conceive among aspiring mothers result in feelings of fear, anxiety and/or frustration in the dream due to waking life circumstances ranging from biological ticking clock to social or familial pressures to begin their families.

When these concerns are not present in your life (especially if you're male), dreams of conception suggest "impregnation" with a new idea, goal, self-understanding, or romantic relationship. Something inside of you has started to grow! To have an abortion in a dream reflects desires "to end" what you recently started. Pregnancy dreams are rare in males-despite their often symbolic meaning.
