Molested
Dreams of being molested are common expressions of fears of violence or violation that one’s personal boundaries are not being respected. It can also reflect feelings of unwanted attention from members of the same or opposite sex. In the wake of an actual molestation, recurring dreams of the trauma are common.
Is the molester someone we know? If so, we are alerted that we feel threatened (emotionally) by this person. If we resist and stand up to a molester, it is a positive sign of self-confidence and assertion. If we are unable to defend ourselves against being molested, this reflects a feeling of powerless against whomever or whatever our molester represents.
