Can't move
Can’t move dreams can have either psychological or physiological roots. Occurring during REM sleep, can’t move dreams most often reflect feelings of being stuck or imprisoned in a dead end job or relationship. A frequently terrifying dream, it may also reflect negative feelings that you cannot escape, such as depression. Identify where you feel stuck in waking life, because your dream reflects a desire to be set free. Can’t move dreams can also occur outside of REM sleep, and be reflective of a physiological issue such as sleep paralysis. The dreamer is caught between being asleep and being awake, giving the impression of being unable to move or being paralyzed. Read more about sleep paralysis.
