Can't move

Can’t move dreams can have either psychological or physiological roots. Occurring during REM sleep, can’t move dreams most often reflect feelings of being stuck or imprisoned in a dead end job or relationship. A frequently terrifying dream, it may also reflect negative feelings that you cannot escape, such as depression. Identify where you feel stuck in waking life, because your dream reflects a desire to be set free. Can’t move dreams can also occur outside of REM sleep, and be reflective of a physiological issue such as sleep paralysis.
