Bleeding

Bleeding in a dream reflects emotional pain in waking life; you’ve been wounded. The more blood in the dream, the greater the emotional injury. If someone other than you bled in the dream, it reflects your awareness that they have or are vulnerable to an emotional injury in waking life. Causing someone to bleed in your dream reflects your anger at them in waking life.

In women’s’ dreams, blood can also symbolize fertility. It can reflect concerns of being late for a period or, if pregnant, a miscarriage. In either case, this dream is a sign that you should talk to your doctor.
